The Premium Wedding Pass, a planned one-off option, cannot be purchased yet, and these terms do not create any purchase obligation for it.
As a UK consumer buying online, you have legal cancellation rights in addition to anything we offer. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Extra Charges) Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel an online subscription within 14 days of the day you subscribe, for a full refund. To exercise this right, contact us at info@keegandigitalsolutions.co.uk or via our Support page within that period, or cancel through the Stripe billing portal and tell us you are exercising your statutory right to cancel.
This statutory right is separate from simply stopping future renewals, and if you exercise it you may be entitled to an earlier end to the subscription and a refund rather than waiting until the end of a billing period. If you are outside the 14-day period, you can still stop future renewals at any time as described below.
You can stop your paid OurDay subscription renewing at any time, for any reason.
Stopping renewal means you will not be charged again. Unless you are also exercising a statutory cancellation right (which may end the subscription earlier and with a refund), your paid plan access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
You can do this from Settings → Plans & Billing using the Stripe billing portal, or by contacting us at info@keegandigitalsolutions.co.uk.
1. Stopping future renewal
Ends the subscription at the end of the billing period you've paid for (or earlier with a refund if you are within your statutory rights). Your account and all wedding information are kept.
2. Exercising your statutory cancellation right
Within 14 days of subscribing, UK consumer law lets you cancel for a full refund. This ends the subscription — it does not delete your account or wedding information.
3. Deleting your account
A separate, permanent action (Settings → Account). It closes your account, permanently deletes your wedding information, stops every public invitation and RSVP link, and cancels any active subscription so no further charges are taken. It cannot be undone.
For the current web version, subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by OurDay. Full details of how payment information is handled are in our Privacy Policy.
