Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Keegan Digital Solutions LTD (company number 17465217), of Can be found on companies house, the operator of OurDay. By creating an OurDay account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are a wedding guest using an RSVP page, you do not need an account — see “For wedding guests” below.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an OurDay account, and you must be able to enter into a legally binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

You are responsible for the information you enter into OurDay. In particular, when you add guests to your guest list you confirm that you have an appropriate reason to enter their details — for example, that they are genuinely invited to your wedding. Guests' personal details should be kept accurate and used only for organising your wedding.

You agree not to:

• use OurDay for anything unlawful;
• enter information about people who are not invited to your wedding, or harvest other people’s personal information through the service;
• misuse guest invitation links — each link is personal to one household. Do not publish it, share it beyond the invited guests, or use it to obtain information about other guests;
• attempt to access another couple’s account, wedding information, budget, suppliers or tasks;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Guests' responses are visible to the couple only. No guest can browse another guest's information, and guests cannot see your budget, suppliers, tasks or billing details.

OurDay is available as a free plan and as paid monthly subscriptions — OurDay Plus and OurDay Premium. Prices are always shown before you check out. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling does not delete your wedding information. UK law also gives you statutory cancellation rights for online subscriptions, including a 14-day cooling-off period. Some parts of OurDay rely on third-party services: payments and subscription management run through Stripe, and you may choose to sign in with Google. These services operate under their own terms, and their use of your information is described in their own policies (and, for Stripe, in our Privacy Policy).

We work to keep OurDay available, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features, and if a future change significantly affects how you use the service we will tell you before it happens where practicable.

OurDay — its design, software and branding — belongs to Keegan Digital Solutions LTD. The wedding information and content you enter remains yours; you give us the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you and your invited guests as part of running the service.

If we reasonably believe these terms have been seriously breached — for example, misuse of guest invitation links or attempts to access another couple's information — we may suspend or close the account concerned. Where it is practical and lawful to do so, we will warn you and give you a chance to fix the issue first.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion is permanent: your account, wedding information, guest records and invitations are deleted, your public invitation and RSVP links stop working, and any active subscription is cancelled so no further charges are taken. Cancelling a subscription (which you can do yourself at any time) is a separate, reversible-until-period-end action that never deletes your information.

We provide OurDay with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, and nothing excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability for losses arising from your use of OurDay is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months before the loss occurred (or £100, if you have paid us nothing).

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you live in another part of the UK, your local consumer protection rules still apply.

Guests do not need an OurDay account or these terms to respond to an invitation — using the RSVP page just means your information is shared with the couple, as described in our Privacy Policy.
